Looking for something fast and filling that doesn’t break your pocket book?  Here it is! Hamburger Pot Pie.  I love this dish I  came up with the recipe on my own  from things I had around the house.  I hope you  and your family like this one as much as we do.

Ingredients:
¼ lb ground beef
½ onion chopped
1 potato chopped in small chunks (the smaller the chunks the faster they will cook)
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½  cup milk
Both top and bottom refrigerated pie crust room temp.
Salt and pepper to taste.

What to do:
Heat deep pan on medium. Add potato onion and ground beef.  Cook until beef is browed and crumbly.  Add frozen veggies soup and milk. Cook about 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring often to prevent sticking.

Roll out 1 sheet of pie crust in to pie pan.  Pour in filling.  Roll out remaining crust on top.  Seal edges and cut a hole in center to vent.   Bake at 350 30-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Serve it up:
This pie will fill you up so a light salad is a perfect choice with this one.

Change it up:
Try some cubed chicken and cream of chicken soup it is just a  delicious.

This is a good one I hope you all like it! If you make an extra batch you can freeze it too. Then you have a no fuss meal for another day!
Thank You.
