This Giant sandwich is a favorite in our family. I love it because it is so simple to make and it doesn’t cost much.  You're gonna love it!

I decided that I was going to try making different sandwiches once a week. Not just plain old sandwiches either, I’m talking really good specialty sandwiches that you would order in a restaurant. The result thus far has been pure awesomeness. So, I’m ready to share one with you. This is a Fried Clam Po-Boy Sandwich with your choice of easy homemade lemon wasabi mayo or a zesty bayou style ranch.  

I love these individual meatloaves they are really tasty. This is a different way to serve up a traditional favorite.
