The Emancipation Day Celebration weekend begins Friday evening with the annual “Jazz in the Park Concert.” The public is invited to this Free event featuring great music, hot dogs, lemonade, fellowship, and fun.
Gerald Dunn and Synergy one of Kansas City’s most popular Jazz ensembles will be performing on the Avenue A Park stage starting around 8:00pm.

Alright, folks. We've got two sets of four tickets to the Hutchinson Monarchs game tomorrow at 6pm. It's real simple to win them. As you may know, we've moved recently to a new HQ. Alright, folks, I'm feeling lazy today, so here's the deal:
I have, on my desk, two sets of two tickets to Charlie Robison with Kaci Bolls featuring local talents Jake Schmidt and Jake Wilson (The Two Jakes?) at Memorial Hall. The show is tonight at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm), there's going to be beer and concessions and just a generally good time.
You can win these tickets very easily. All you've got to do is show up at What's Up Hutch World Headquarters, Dojo and Nanotechnology Research Center and ask for them. That's right, the first two people to show up at 1021 North Main, Suite B will get two tickets to the show tonight for free.
