Parents and fans of Salthawk Football are welcome to attend Salthawk 101 on Thursday, August 12th at 6:30pm in the Salthawk weight room.
The event will allow visitors to learn about the staff, facilities and other ins and outs of the 6-time Kansas State Champions and how they intend to go for a 7th.
On Friday evening, July 2nd, the Hutchinson/Reno Arts and Humanities Council and Downtown Hutchinson (in cooperation with Hutch Fest Inc) proudly present “Blues in the PARK” featuring LITTLE SMOKE. The concert will take place in Avenue A. Park in Beautiful Downtown Hutchinson. The event is FREE and will run from 8:30pm to 10:30pm.
The Greater Hutchinson Convention/Visitors Bureau (CVB) has announced plans to conduct a Familiarization (FAM) Tour on Thursday, June 17th in conjunction with the Third Thursday and Art Walk activities in Downtown Hutchinson. The FAM Tour is free and open to the public.
Open to any interested Reno County resident, the FAM Tour is geared toward educating the local citizens of Hutchinson and Reno County about all the wonderful things to see and do. Building community pride is an important marketing tool for the CVB as the local citizens are often times our best ambassadors.
The FAM tour will feature stops at the new George Pyle Park, Lloyd’s Loft, a refreshment break at Cool Beans, the Hutchinson Zoo, Dillon Nature Center and the Hutchinson Art Center.

The Kelly Band a group of talented musicians devoted to the playing and preservation of Irish Music will be in concert on Saturday, June 5th, at Ave. A Park from 11:30am-1:30pm.
