If you've got a stomach to do that sort of thing, which I don't (call me what you will, only keep it appropriate on this site!), the Red Cross is having a Blood Drive today until 6 pm today and Tomorrow from 7 am to 2 pm.

It's at First Presbyterian Church. Make an appointment at 1-800-448-3543, or you can walk in.
