This one if for all those garlic lovers out there! My mom used to make this all the time, and it was one of my favorites.  I hope you like it too.

Hey! I'm Karen, a 30 something, single mom of 1. I have been asked by the folks at What's Up Hutch? to write a column about well, whatever I want.  I was born, raised and have always lived in Hutch and I think we have a great town.  My daughter is 8 and an absolute joy. I am not sure yet what this column will be about or what its role will end up being, but I think that will be determined by the readers as much as myself (that's my hope anyway)! I encourage anyone who wants to comment on anything I have written, be honest, I can handle it!

Three Graber Elementary sixth grade students have been accepted into the People to People World Leadership Forum in Washington DC. Madison Brady, Colton Harper and Baylee Heitschmidt will be going March 9-14th, 2009. They were nominated by their teachers.

Just take one second today and have a thought or even better take the time to thank someone who served.
