6:30 tonight marks the beginning of the Gowans Stadium Summer Exercise Series.  Brought to our community by the Reno County Growth Coalition and Genesis Health Clubs, this workout is tailored to meet everyone’s current fitness level.  If you are in great shape already, you will still thoroughly enjoy this evening exercise.  If you are not in the shape you would like to be, no worries for you will be able to do whatever works best for you too as you move towards your desired goal.  This evening’s event led by Genesis’s Joe Bradley, facilitator of the popular Caveman Conditioning, is truly  for everybody and anybody.  Bring your family.  Bring your friends.  Bring yourself.  It is going to be a great time as we sweat out the stress from the day.   Best of all, this program is free.

Can’t make it tonight?  Not a problem at all. The Gowans Stadium Summer Exercise Series is going to take place for the next three Wednesdays for sure, and if there is a good group coming each week, more dates will be scheduled.

So come out to Gowans Stadium on HCC’s campus, make some new friends, and get an excellent workout with your fellow Reno Countians.
